What is Bookstore Romance Day?

Bookstore Romance Day is a day designed to give independent bookstores an opportunity to celebrate Romance fiction—its books, readers, and writers—and to strengthen the relationships between bookstores and the Romance community.

Support Us

In an effort to build and strengthen the relationship between independent bookstores and the Romance community, we launched the very first Bookstore Romance Day on August 17th, 2019. Our next event is scheduled for August 9, 2025 and we have a number of projects we’re working on in the intervening months. To make our event successful for everyone involved, we need to have some basic operating costs covered, including web hosting, graphic design, postage and expenses that are bound to arise that we have not foreseen.
